Water Debate Flows Between Croton Golf Course, Arboretum

Wetlands at the Jane E. Lytle Memorial Arboretum were disturbed to accommodate the Hudson National Golf Club when Croton-on-Hudson officials approved the course in 1994. In exchange, the club was required to supply 17 million gallons of water to the neighboring arboretum.
