Sure — the sight of fallen leaves can be unsightly to some…but what if you mulched your leaves instead?    A Westchester County initiative that has been adopted by a number of municipalities is gaining some traction.  Turns out — mulched leaves do provide value to lawns and have a huge economic benefit to municipalities who no longer are burdened with organic yard waste pick-ups and disposal…as well as reducing our overall carbon footprint.
