Green Ossining Wins 2023 “Best of Westchester” in the Sustainability Committee Category.

We’d like to thank Westchester Magazine for their poll, the folks that have been members, followers, partners, and supporters of ours over the years that have contributed to our organization’s growth; the trailblazing and passionate conservationists that continue to challenge us to think climate and environmentally-smart; and all the other community sustainability orgs both listed and not listed in the poll that work as hard as we do in this space to educate and create a sustainable environment for all living things.

And even though we’re excited to have received this award…we’re not really “The Best.” Every Sustainability Committee that is working on these issues deserves to be recognized. So we accept this on behalf of all of you that recognize how important this work is and that we must be relentless in our efforts.
