Got E-Waste? We Know Where You Can Dispose of It!

Green Ossining – in partnership with our friends at Down to Earth Markets – is hosting two dates (Saturdays 2/27 and 3/12 between 9a -Noon) for drop-off at the Indoor Winter Market at the First Presbyterian Church on Route 9.      And yes, we still expect that we will accept E-Waste at the Earth Day Festival (4/16), but heres your chance to do a little post-holiday/pre-Spring clean-up.  All donations will be disposed of responsibly.

We are limiting what we will accept right now to these items only:

– Computers (laptops & desktops, servers, mainframes)
– Printers, scanners, fax-machines, copiers, etc.
– Network devices (routers, hubs, modems, etc.)
– Peripherals (keyboards, mice, cables, cords, chargers, etc.)
– Tablets and e-readers, iPod
– Components (hard drives, CD-ROMs, circuit boards, power supplies, etc.)
– VCRs, DVRs, DVD & Blu-ray Players
– Digital Converter Boxes, Cable/Satellite Receivers
– Portable music players
– Audio-visual equipment
– Video-games
– Cell phones, pagers, PDAs
– Telecommunication (phones, answering machines, etc.)
– Ink and Toner Cartridges
