Join award-winning agtech journalist and documentary film producer/director Amy Wu as she presents the fascinating information behind her new book “From Farms to Incubators: Women Innovators Revolutionizing How Our Food is Grown” (Craven Street Books, April 20, 2021). Maintaining a secure and sustainable food supply for the 21st century is a huge challenge. Women leaders are meeting this challenge with high technology, and securing the world’s food supply with technological innovation.

 Dr. Vuong’s research focuses on sustainable, food-based solutions to malnutrition and degenerative diseases, with an emphasis on redmelon and other medicinal plants, indigenous food and dietary habits, and processes that can enhance wellness and prevent diseases.
